I am Julie. One of the founders of W.A.S.P.S, We started in 2012 and never looked back, and I have been a spiritualist since 2008 although I have always been aware.

I am very privileged to be able to communicate with spirt, making the experiences we have, sometimes truly amazing.

Hi, I'm Amy. I joined W.A.S.P.S back in 2016 and am one of the team's researchers.

I absolutely love finding out everything I can about the history of the venues we visit, and corroborating any evidence we get on our investigations. I've always loved the paranormal ever since I was a child, and nothing beats a good old ghost hunt!

Hi, my name is Rachael. I’ve been involved with W.A.S.P.S. for several years now—starting out as a guest before being invited to officially join the team about a year ago.

For a long time, I tried to ignore my spiritual side, often questioning whether what I was feeling, hearing, or sensing was real. However, my spirit guide is very persistent, and so now l am learning to embrace and work with the messages and experiences that come my way. I’m naturally empathetic and have the ability to sense energy and see auras.

Alongside supporting our events, I also help manage our social media pages and enjoy sharing our team’s journey with others.

The paranormal has always fascinated me, and I feel grateful to be part of a team that explores and respects the unknown with curiosity and understanding.

Hi, I'm Liv. I first discovered W.A.S.P.S. in 2024 when I joined one of their ghost hunts. I'd already experienced paranormal investigations before, but my first event with W.A.S.P.S. was something special, and I've never looked back. From that moment, my passion for paranormal investigation and connecting with the spirit world continued to grow. Since officially joining the W.A.S.P.S. team in February 2026, my confidence has grown tremendously—not only in myself but also in my mediumship abilities. The team has welcomed me like family, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive and encouraging group. My favourite form of investigation is mirror scrying, although I genuinely enjoy every aspect of paranormal investigating. I'm always eager to learn, embrace new experiences, and challenge myself to grow both spiritually and personally. Being part of W.A.S.P.S. has been an amazing journey, and I look forward to continuing to learn, develop, and help others explore the fascinating world of the paranormal.

Hi I'm Karen, I started as a guest with W.A.S.P.S for about 8 years, and I've truly enjoyed every single venue. it was a great honour to be asked to join the team as their Spiritual Artist in may of this year.

I've had the ability to feel spirit since a very early age, and as I grew older I wanted to learn more and do more with this gift.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I have going to  W.A.S.P.S events for several years.  I love Chillingham Castle and have been going now for around 10yrs as guest. Last year I was asked to become team  to which I said yes and jumped at the opportunity.

I work in the care industry and am able to bring care and experience to the team and offer support to our guests who feel they need a little comfort and grounding during our investigations.

I'm Shelby, I love all things Paranormal and have been aware since a young age. I met Julie 12 years ago on my first investigation with the wasps team and haven't looked back since, the family dynamic of the team make each investigation a comfortable and safe experience and it was an honour to be asked to join the team. With each venue we explore and each investigation my curiosity for the spirit world grows more. I am a practising medium and have learned so much over the past few years, confidence in myself and spirit, to trust my spirit guides and to go into everything with an open mind.
